College and Career Center Animated GIFs

The College and Career Center needs new graphics.

Go to the College and Career Center website to see the current ones.  

Parameters:

• •Make it 500 pixels high and 2000 pixels wide. 

   

• •I will give you a slip of paper that will tell you what words you need to use in your animation. 

   

• •Only use images that you have permission to use—this is very important because this is going on the school's web site.  See the links at the top of my Advanced Multimedia page to find images.  Be sure to subtly include the name of the artist if it's a Creative Commons license and requires attribution (as most of them do). 

Suggestions:

• •Consider using subtle GIF animation (google "cinemagraphs" to get the idea) 

   

• •Use fancy text (google "photoshop text tutorials" to see the kinds of things you can do) 

   

• •NO CLIPART or anything that looks like clipart! Avoid that look. 




• •Here are some older, similar animations. Try to make yours subtle and classy.
